Choosing to experience Reiki is deeply personal, and booking your complimentary 30-minute in-person consultation allows time to explore what brought you to Reiki while addressing any questions and expectations you may have about experiencing Reiki.

60 Minute Reiki Energy Treatment - Sheffield

Each appointment begins with a warm drink and a very relaxed 15-minute pre-treatment conversation/consultation to explore what brought you to Reiki before being invited to remove your shoes and rest on a quilted Reiki bed to experience a deeply relaxing 60-minute Reiki Energy Treatment.

Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy practice that dates back to around 1200 BC during the Han Dynasty. In the early 19th century, Reiki Master Mikao Usui developed Usui Reiki, one of the most trusted and universally practised forms of Reiki today. Reiki promotes the release of held stress and tension within the body and mind through the gentle and intuitive placement of comforting Reiki hand positions, held on and over your clothed body while focusing on several energy centres within the body to help restore the energetic flow and rhythm within the body, mind and spirit.

While receiving Reiki, clients have shared a sense of deep relaxation, emotional calmness and an overall feeling of peace and wellbeing and sensations of warmth, coolness, tingling and seeing colours.

I am a qualified and insured Holistic Reiki Energy and Reiki Massage Practitioner, registered with The Reiki Association and Omnes Healing.

My practice is based at the Practice Rooms in Sheffield and Leeds, where you will experience a warm, friendly and supportive environment and are welcome to use the on-site private car park in Sheffield and connect to secure WiFi and enjoy complimentary tea, coffee or herbal tea in both Sheffield and Leeds.
